Firing Squad Inc Missing Provided Firearms Policy
- In the event of a Firearm that we ship to a customers FFL and it never arrives there, we will contact the ATF and file a missing firearms report.
- In the event of a Firearm that we ship to a customers FFL and it does arrive to the FFL the receiving FFL must file the missing firearms report with the ATF and we are no longer legally responsible. Firing Squad Inc is not Financially Responsible in this situation.
- If a customer ships their firearm into Firing Squad INC, they must go through a FFL and that FFL is legally responsible of that firearm until it reaches Firing Squad Inc. It is is to go missing they would need to contact the ATF and file a missing Firearms report. Firing Squad Inc is not Financially Responsible in this situation.
- All customers firearms that are in Firing Squad Inc possession will be legally responsible of Firing Squad Inc and if one is to go missing Firing Squad Inc will file a missing firearms report with the ATF and will reimburse the customer with a firearm of the same make, model and gen if available.
